IS Capex RELIABLE? OPINIONS

In this post I will explore Capex. Is the broker for currencies, indices, bonds, ETFs, commodities, stocks and cryptocurrencies Capex (with website capex.com) really trustworthy? Is it safe to invest your money with this company? I will thoroughly analyze this firm.

I will show you why I consider Capex to be a VERY UNSAFE company AND I CONSIDER IT TO BE VERY UNRELIABLE. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE TYPES OF COMPANIES!

ℹ️ BROKER INFORMATION:

There are two aspects that I want to highlight: (1) the first thing that is crucial to know is about its regulation and (2) the second is the location of the company. These are essential data to evaluate the seriousness and reliability of a company.

Is the company unregulated or regulated in a less reputable country? Is the company located in a place of dubious reputation or does it not mention its location? These are questions that every investor should consider when evaluating the firm's reliability.

🌐 WEBSITE:

Below is the firm's website along with a brief analysis of the site:

Capex Website
  • Domain age: The domain “capex.com” was registered on July 6, 1995.
  • The website indicates which company it belongs to, but I have not been able to find “Key Way Group” in company records. It could be a fictitious entity. 🚩
  • The firm mentions being regulated in Cyprus, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, but it seems that this information is incorrect. They try to give the appearance of being regulated. In addition, regulation by low-reputation entities such as Romania, South Africa and Seychelles is mentioned. 🚩

⭐ CAPEX REVIEW:

After evaluating the company, I have come to the following observations:

1) The company claims to be regulated in Cyprus, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, but this appears to be misleading. The real regulation appears to be in countries with less reliable oversight such as Romania, South Africa and Seychelles.

2) I have found complaints and negative comments about the company on the internet, which indicates a very poor reputation.

3) The registration date of the domain “capex.com” is July 6, 1995, which is relevant information to consider the age of the company.

4) According to the information available, there are indications that the company is related to other fraudulent entities, which is worrying.

5) The company has locations in places considered unsafe, such as Romania, South Africa and Seychelles. It also appears to be based in Cyprus, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, which could be a strategy to confuse.

“I honestly wouldn’t recommend investing in this company: although it claims to be regulated in Cyprus, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, the actual regulation is in countries with unreliable oversight such as Romania, South Africa and Seychelles. Furthermore, it seems to be linked to an entity called Key Way Group, which could be fictitious. It is not a safe option to invest in.”

💬 WHAT TO THINK ABOUT A COMPANY LIKE Capex?:

Even though the domain “capex.com” has been registered since 1995, which would indicate a certain age, there are serious concerns about the authenticity and transparency of the company. Although the website mentions that it belongs to “Key Way Group”, this entity is not listed in official records, which is an indication of a possible lack of legitimacy. In addition, the company claims to be regulated in Cyprus, Spain and the United Arab Emirates, but there are suspicions that this data is false and that it is trying to present a facade of regulation.

The company also mentions being regulated by entities from countries with questionable financial oversight such as Romania, South Africa, and Seychelles. This is concerning, as these regulators have a less rigorous reputation compared to their counterparts in countries with more robust financial systems. The lack of clarity on the actual location and the apparent lack of effective regulation reinforce the need to proceed with extreme caution.

Capex’s online reputation is notably negative, with numerous customers reporting unsatisfactory experiences. Furthermore, there are indications that the company is associated with other fraudulent entities. These factors suggest that Capex is not a reliable option and that it is essential to avoid any interaction with it.
