After evaluating the company, I have come to the following observations:
1) Although the company claims to be based in Spain, it appears it may be hiding its true location. Extreme caution is advised.
2) The company's online reputation is very poor, with numerous customer complaints.
3) The company claims to be regulated in Germany and Spain, but this appears to be false. It is suspected that it presents itself as a regulated entity without being so.
4) As I mentioned earlier, the domain “cmcmarkets.com” was registered on March 7, 2003.
“I would honestly not recommend investing in this company due to its false claims of regulation in Germany and Spain. Furthermore, it is said to be owned by an entity called CMC Markets Germany GmbH, which appears to not exist. In my opinion, I do not recommend investing here.”
