After researching the company, I have come to these conclusions:
1) Their online reputation is negative, as I found several complaints from dissatisfied users.
2) The domain “poloniex.com” was registered on January 10, 2014, indicating that it has been operating for several years.
3) It does not report its location, which demonstrates a lack of transparency crucial to assessing its reliability.
4) The company provides no evidence of being regulated, confirming that it operates without official oversight.
5) Their profitability offers are exaggerated. They promise returns of up to 100%APY and eye-catching bonuses like a «$711 welcome bonus», which could be an unreliable strategy.
6) It has been pointed out by organizations such as the CNMV, National Securities Market Commission, indicating a high risk.
«Personally, I would not trust this company – it is not regulated. It claims to be affiliated with Polo Digital Assets, Ltd, but there is no evidence of this existence. I cannot recommend a service with these characteristics.»
💬 WHAT TO THINK OF A COMPANY LIKE Poloniex?:
After thoroughly analyzing Poloniex, I have to say it straight: I don’t trust this company. One of the biggest problems is the lack of transparency. It doesn’t clearly mention where it is located or what regulations it complies with, which is already a big red flag. How can you trust your money to a company that doesn’t even tell you where it is operating? Also, I have found many complaints online about problems with withdrawals and customer service, which reinforces my opinion that this is not a broker to be trusted.
Another worrying point is that Poloniex offers exaggeratedly high returns, which seems to me to be a clear strategy to attract unsuspecting investors. 100% profitability on certain products? It sounds too good to be true, and in most cases, when something sounds like that, it is. In addition, they have been denounced by regulators such as the CNMV in Spain, which confirms my suspicions that it is not a safe platform. Without reliable regulation and with unrealistic promises, the risk of losing money here is huge.
If you ask me if I recommend investing in Poloniex, my answer is a resounding NO. There are many safe and regulated platforms where you can operate without fear of losing your money in a suspicious way. If you have already been affected by this company, the best thing you can do is try to recover your capital through a chargeback or report it to the financial regulator in your country. Do not fall for the empty promises of dubious brokers like this one, because in the end, the one who always loses is the investor. 🚨

Hello anonymous, Poloniex is a SCAM, we are receiving many complaints from investors, they do not return the money, you should never invest in a broker without REGULATION.
They create positive comments of their own to confuse investors and pose as a serious and legal company but everything is invented and if you mention our review they say that we are the competition and that is not true (we only do reviews of brokers).
