Good day, the inconvenience I have had with this company is the following: “I started to operate in a superfxtrading.com account, domiciled in the US, I made a minimum deposit of 700 u$s and within 24 hours from the company They tell me that I need to update the robot's software, for which I had to pay 1500 u$s, I made said payment and the robot began to operate, a week in the account the deposits and profits were recorded, after 7 days of operation the account registered 8000 u$s, but they asked me to pay an activation key of 500 u$s, it is from that moment that I ask you, because from the page they do not appear, what are all the charges that must be paid for operate the account, they tell me that this is what this financial advisor is for and that she is the one who is going to guide me through the operation. When I ask for a personal ID, he sends me a very poorly pasted photoshop image of a supposed ID card. A few days later and after my insistence on their identification, they changed my account without prior notice, to the tronxfxtrade.com page, domiciled in the United Kingdom, the funds were supposedly transferred because the same balance appears in the new account carryover from the old account, but it is not possible to access the terms and conditions of the page; I consult the assistant and she tells me that the page is under development and that the terms and conditions are the same as the previous account. The way of proceeding of this company and the personnel that represents it generates a lot of mistrust.
As of today the funds are still in the account but I cannot operate the funds freely and to withdraw you must deposit 10% of the funds to be withdrawn, the problem arises that when I try to withdraw the funds they add new charges and cannot be deducted from the same account but you have to transfer them.
I made a small review of what happened to prevent other people from falling into the same deception, if anyone could answer if this is the correct procedure or not, I would appreciate it. Of course for me it is not.

Hi Sergio, this broker called TRONXFXTRADE is a SCAM, many investors have sued TRONXFXTRADE for fraudulent activities, it is not advisable to invest money in an UNREGULATED broker. It's a SCAM and does not return money to its customers.
ALL positive comments from this broker are FALSE, they are made by their own workers to confuse investors, flood social networks with positive messages about them and it's all FALSE! and when customers ask them about our reviews they say we are from the competition, also FALSE!.
If they force you to pay some type of tax, legalization or something similar, do not even think about doing it, that indicates that they are a fraud since those taxes don't existThey ask for it so they can steal more money from you.
